用ftp 的服务 替换alg 的服务， 用
replace c:\alg.exe "%systemroot%\system32"
sc config alg binpath= "%systemroot%\system32\alg.exe /service"
可是 ftp 服务有配置文件 c:\config.ini，即Parameters 如何添加？
