批处理里面只写了shutdown -s -f -t 0
运行后  命令提示符中不停的运行shutdown -s -f -t 0
但就是不关机改参数也不行

直接 shutdown /f

不要把批处理命名为shutdown.bat或者shutdown.cmd

写成这样就行了：
shutdown -s -f -p
